Dr. Anusha Nalamothu is a consultant pulmonologist and head of the department for critical care medicine at Harini hospitals, Vijayawada. She completed her MBBS form Guntur Medical college and Government general hospital, Guntur in 2009. She pursed her post-graduation studies in MD Respiratory medicine at J.J.M.M.C, Davangere , Karnataka. Later on, from 2015 to 2016, she worked as a Senior Resident at government fever hospital, Guntur. With adequate exposure in managing patients with respiratory ailments particularly in government sector she realized that there is ample scope of improvement in critical care medicine services in and around Vijayawada. Hence, in order to be expert in her field she completed IDCCM course in critical care medicine from NRI medical college. She later on worked as an Assistant professor in the Department of Critical care Medicine at the same institute where she perceived the course. Having acquired all the expertise and experience in managing patients across the wide spectrum of critical care medicine she decided to head a state of art Critical care medicine ICU unit at Harini hospitals. Since her joining at Harini hospitals in August 2019, she is credited for effectively managing many critically ill patients and restoring their health.
